Returns

Majority of Touch of Pottery’s products are entirely handmade, each piece is one-of-a-kind. Due to natural characteristics variations are to be expected. These include but are not limited to slight differences in colors, pits, spots, and dimensions. Rest assure this does not affect the lively hood of our pieces and only adds more character. 

14 Days to Return

All returns must be made within 14 days after delivery. All pieces must be unused and in original condition and packaging. 

Return Cost

All returns shipping are at the cost of the customer.

Damages

We understand unfortunately accidents happen during delivery. Please inspect your pieces within 48 hours of delivery. Send all pictures of damages to our support team at touchofpottery@gmail.com.

Touch of pottery is not responsible for pieces damaged due to packages left outside in heat, snow, or rain.

Lost + Stolen Packages

Touch of Pottery is a small business that rely’s heavily on every order. As we trust in our delivery services, we also trust in our customers. Please provide an address that packages can be sent safely.
